Job Description (Finance Manager) :-
Objective :-
He/ she will be responsible for financial compliance, client contracts, credit worthiness, new client onboarding, account receivable and related reporting requirements.
He/she will closely work with the Business Development, client servicing team and the finance team.
Role and responsibilities :-
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong negotiation capabilities.
Should be able to independently handle contract negotiations with the clients.
Should be able to co-ordinate with various stakeholders within the organisation as well as at client's end to enable closure of contractual terms.
Will be responsible for implementing commercial discipline and timely completion of commercial documentation with clients.
Assess risk involved with new projects w.r.t. client conflict, conducting the client creditworthiness and corresponding client onboarding.
Will be involved in client estimation and billing pertaining to various projects.
Will be responsible for co-ordinating with CS team as well as client for collections and corresponding reporting to corporate office.
Follow up with CS team on analysis of client SOW vis-a-vis actual deliveries
Should have hands on experience in operating MS Office.
