Finance manager investor relations

Assist the leadership team with financial trends, competitor behaviour, shareholder issues, and

other factors that could impact the business.

Monitor and analyze investment community sentiment and market trends to provide actionable

insights to the leadership team.

Prepare and maintain financial models to project future company performance and support investor

communications.

Develop and manage relationships with investors, analysts, and other financial community members.

Prepare and distribute quarterly and annual financial and monthly/weekly MIS reports, investor

presentations, and other communications.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of investor communications and feedback.

Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries.

Review and supervise to ensure the legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor

compliance with laws and regulations, especially the ROC and fund raise related compliances.

Assist Head Finance & Accounts

o to oversee the company's fiscal activities including budgeting and financial planning,

quarterly financial reports.

o to oversee the cash flow plan and supervise over the financial transactions within and

outside the company.

o To avoid legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation, enforcing

accounting regulations, and recommending new procedures.
