Job Description: Finance Manager

• Roles & Responsibility:

• Overall Preparation and Supervision of Accounting, Auditing, and Tax Compliance.

Lead the annual budgeting process and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning initiatives.

Preparation of Periodical Management Reports, Budgeting, and Data Analysis.

Participation in Funding and Due Diligence Activities.

Participate in due diligence processes related to mergers, acquisitions, or investment opportunities.

Incentive Calculation for Target Achievement in Sales Department.

Collaborate with sales management to ensure incentive structures motivate and reward performance effectively.

Monitoring Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Effectively.

Optimize cash flow management through proactive monitoring and effective communication with internal stakeholders. Providing Data for Filing TDS and GST Returns.

Compile and prepare necessary data for timely filing of TDS and GST returns.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines related to TDS and GST filings.

• Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA qualification preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial management, accounting, or audit roles.

Proven experience in overseeing accounting, auditing, tax compliance, and financial reporting processes.

• Strong proficiency in financial software and Tally Systems.

Effective communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
