Responsibilities
- Plant / manufacturing accounting, Inventory management and P2P
- Solid grip on accounts and audit handling Should have thorough knowledge of GST / TDS Ensure compliance with tax regulations, and other financial requirements.
- Coordinate and oversee internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and ensuring audit objectives are met.
- Lead and mentor a team of accountants and providing guidance.
- Delegate tasks effectively, manage workloads, and ensure the team's productivity and efficiency.
- Continuously review and improve financial processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices to streamline workflows and optimize resource utilization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
- Effectively communicate financial performance, trends, and forecasts to the executive team and stakeholder.
Qualification
Professional qualification Post Graduate / MBA
What you'll need
- 8+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with a focus on audit, due diligence, and financial management.
- Proficiency in SAP and other relevant financial software applications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
