We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to join our team and contribute to our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage invoices for all clients and vendors.- Ensure accuracy and timely dispatch of invoices.
Follow up on outstanding invoices and manage accounts receivable.
Prepare and file GST and TDS returns in compliance with government regulations.- Stay updated with the latest changes in tax laws and implement necessary adjustments.
Financial Reporting:- Generate outstanding and payable reports from the financial system.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Documentation & Record Keeping:- Maintain proper filing of all types of documents including Journal Vouchers (JV), expense vouchers, and bills.
Ensure all financial documents are organized and easily accessible for audits and reviews.Reconciliation:
Reconcile cash, bank accounts, and party accounts (creditors/debtors) regularly.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
Banking & Remittances:
- Prepare remittance documents and manage international payments.
Handle bank guarantee documents and liaise with banks for any related financial services.
Support external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Cost Accounting or equivalent qualification is a plus.Experience: 5-8 years of experience in finance, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
