As Finance Manager in the Global Capability Center for the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), you will play a crucial role in partnering with the Global Finance team in providing accounting support globally.

Starting with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables functions, you will set up the team, transition the processes while streamlining the tasks. The role is in Gurgaon and is Specifically for on campus requirements. Responsibilities. Lead a team of Accounts Executives, responsible for recruiting, training and overseeing the teams daily deliverables.

Transition processes from regions to Global Capability Center, then consolidate the processes. Design and create global process as part of the consolidation and onboarding of the regions. Streamline processes to ensure the processes are efficient and effective using D365. Starting with Accounts payable (and related) process, expand support to Accounts Receivables and related processes such as billing, collection, cash application and bank reconciliation.

Engage the current process owners to ensure alignment of processes, expectations and transition timeline. Engage stakeholders to ensure expectations (eg timeline, quality) are well understood and aligned. Set up appropriate individual and team KPIs to ensure team performance is reviewed and monitored. Own and drive standard operating procedures and build reporting capability.

Participate and support in regular audit needs in global entities. Expand support to other accounting processes as the team grow. Experience and skills: Bachelors degree in commerce, Business or Finance. 10 years of experience in a similar role utilizing computerized accounting system with minimum 5 years as people manager.

Demonstrated ability to digitalize the accounts payable process and re-engineer the As Is process. Experienced in the design and creation of global processes incorporating OCR and AI where appropriate. Has prior experience in setting up accounting global capability center. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Solid internal control knowledge is key. Handled global stakeholders and managed planning and execution of annual plans in a global team. Good English communication skills, both written and verbal. Another language is an asset.

Experience with US GAAP and Middle East accounting standards is highly appreciated. Energetic, strong willingness to learn and execute, deal with ambiguity and be able to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision and direction. Show more Show less
