Finance Manager - CA only - Hosur Location

Position: Finance Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization.

1. Responsibilities for the Statutory Audits and statutoary compliances, Financial Statement prepartion and finalization, Annual Budgeting, Monthly Budget and Budgetary control, Cash flow management, Cost control, Book keeping, Bank statement reconciliation, compliance of all audit queries TDS,GST & Stock statement filling, Intellectual property rights, MIS Reports, Taxation, All legal agreemens docuementation & process knowlegde and Lead financial meetings, Complete financial accounting and future cost forecasting,Develop the accounting policies and process into higher standards, Deliver monthly reports and metrics to leadership.

Educational qualifications :- CA, CAInter with 10+ years experience in accounting function.

Fluency in SAP, Tally, Microsoft Office suites (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Strong knowledge in accounting policies and procedures, Excellent Leadership skills and analytical skills
