finance manager CA

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account and Finance Manager to oversee all financial aspects of our operations. The ideal candidate will possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the textile or garments industry. The Senior Account and Finance Manager will report directly to the top management /Director of the company and will be responsible for managing financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance functions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Financial Planning and Analysis:

Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and forecasts to support business objectives.

Conduct regular financial analysis, including budget variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting, to identify opportunities for improvement and cost-saving initiatives.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business decisions.

2.Financial Reporting and Compliance:

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations in compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.

Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities for audits and inspections.

Monitor and enforce compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.

3.Cash Flow Management:

Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital requirements to optimize financial resources and mitigate financial risks.

Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable activities to ensure timely collections and payments.

4.Taxation and Legal Compliance:

Oversee tax planning and compliance activities, including preparation and filing of tax returns, to minimize tax liabilities and ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations.

Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and regulations to proactively address potential impacts on the company's financial position.

5.Team Leadership and Development:

Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the finance department.

Qualifications and Skills:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required.

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably within the textile or garments industry.

Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in financial planning and analysis tools and software.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Proven leadership abilities with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
