We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager/Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in the job market context of India. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and analyzing financial data. The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management
• Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
• Assist with budget preparation and forecasting
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed
• Manage relationships with clients and vendors

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
