Role Description
1.Availability Management: Managing day-to-day availability, including, providing availability on respective platforms for hold/booking, and release to ensure timely and effective follow-up on availability management
2.Collection Operations: Managing day-to-day collection operations, including, contacting associates/customers/banks for booking closing, payment reminders, agreement preparation and Allotment/Patta issue and registration, speed up the loan sanction and disbursement to ensure timely and effective follow-up on outstanding funds
3.Payment Follow-up: Conducting regular follow-ups with customers to ensure timely collection of margin money and other outstanding fund utilizing appropriate communication channels such as phone calls, what's App, etc.
4.Files and Documents Follow-up: Conducting regular follow-up with associates/customers and bank associates to ensure timely collection and deposit of documents such as loan file login, execution of agreement to sale, sanction letters, JDA Patta application documents, Patta registration and disbursement of loan funds
5.Documentation and Data Management (MIS): Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records and documentation of projects such as collection activities (collected/to be collected), bookings, availability, agreement to sale and allotment letters, maintaining proper records of customer interactions, and other relevant information
6.Project's APF: Searching out new banks and NBFCs for project's APF, applying, conducting regular follow-ups with banks associates to ensure timely approval of project's APF and communicating APF letter to respective platforms
7.Associates and Customer Service: Ensuring effective and respectful communication with associates and customers, providing assistance, addressing inquiries or concerns while pursuing collections of funds and documents
8.Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with associates, customers, and internal departments to facilitate smooth collection processes and foster cooperation
9.Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant RERA Agreements, JDA Patta procedures, home loan guidelines and rules and regulations of company regarding hold/booking/release of plots and payment including maintaining appropriate documentation, as well as staying updated on legal requirements and best practices to minimize legal risks
10.Reporting: Preparing reports on collection activities, funds recovery progress, and other key metrics as required by the seniors
11.Team Collaboration: Collaborating with other team members, such as township managers or assistants, to share information, efforts, and provide support in achieving fund collection targets and objectives
12.Training and Development: Participating in training programs, workshops, and skill-building initiatives to enhance knowledge and skills in collection techniques, negotiation, customer service, and compliance
13.Any other works assigned by the seniors
