Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze financial data related to accounts receivable and prepare reports for management.
- Provide detailed analysis of customer accounts and payment trends.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Interface with sales, delivery teams, and all levels of management.
- Collaborate with multiple functional groups to ensure accurate financial records.
- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve any billing issues or discrepancies.
Software Proficiency:
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, including the use of formulas, pivots, and macros.
- Prepare documents and presentations using MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Manage email communications and scheduling with MS Outlook.
- Demonstrate a willingness and ability to learn new software as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in commerce (B. Com), Master of Commerce (M. Com), or Master of Business Administration (MBA).
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
- High attention to detail and thoroughness in record-keeping and reporting.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced features (formulas, pivots, macros).
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple functional groups and levels of management.
