We are looking for a Insurance professional with 5-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance and insurance, with a proven track record of success in the field.

Responsibilities

Strategic Insurance Management:Develop and implement insurance strategies that align with the company's risk management and business objectives, specifically tailored to the manufacturing sector.

Insurance Portfolio Management:Oversee and manage the company's corporate insurance portfolio, including property, liability, workers compensation, and other relevant insurance coverages.

Risk Assessment:Conduct risk assessments to identify potential exposures and work with insurance providers to secure appropriate coverage and minimize risk.

Vendor Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance brokers, providers, and consultants to ensure optimal insurance solutions and terms for the company.

• Claims Management:Manage the claims process, including the coordination of information and documentation, to ensure timely and fair resolution of claims.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
