Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent.
At least 1 year relevant working experience, fresh graduate are encourage to apply.Candidate with experiences
property development industry/real estate agencies/ HDA will be an added advantage. Good knowledge of
SQL accounting software; Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Good in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (both written and spoken).
Good in documentation and filing.- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Possess positive attitude, fast learner, meticulous, responsible and reliable.
Able to start work immediately or with short notice.- Location: Kota Damansara (Walking distance from MRT Surian Station)
Job Scopes
Processing and paying fixed monthly expenses/utility payments Maintain the office file system.
- Processing bank transfer requests.
Completing and submitting tax returns, SST returns and WHT. Other ad-hoc tasks will be assigned.
Handling Human Resource/admin related operation: -
- Maintain updated and precise attendance records.
To post/announce HR relevant letter/ memo.- Office maintenance (ad hoc basis)
Assist in annual events setting (upon request)
