Finance Executive

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the Indian job market context. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and projections
• Manage cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity to support business operations
• Coordinate with external auditors and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies
• Provide guidance and support to other members of the finance team as needed

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 3-6 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the Indian job market context
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting requirements
• Experience with financial modeling and analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while meeting tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
