Vishay Semiconductor Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is currently seeking applicants for a Finance Executive. Responsible for Accounts Payable to ensure effectiveness of AP operations and comply with Internal Policies and Procedure and statutory requirements.
Job Location:
This position will be located at Krubong, Melaka in a vibrant industrial area. You will experience different exciting local cultures in this historical state. Nearby are malls and various restaurants. It is also close to recreation parks and a stadium.
What You Will Be Doing
- Responsible for Fixed Assets Reporting.
- Perform journal entries posting according to accounting guidelines and regulations. Clarify if there are account discrepancies.
- Perform monthly reporting analysis with constructive and clear commentary.
- Formulate Fixed Assets procedure and work instruction with good internal control.
- Liaise with Insurance Brokers on Company Risk Management and ensure company property / potential liability are insured adequately and compliance to local regulations.
- Actively involved in Company project / team.
What You Will Bring Along
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in finance for manufacturing industry.
- Minimum Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent
- Able to perform analytical reviews for monthly reports, good communication and interpersonal skill, problem solving skill and a team player.
- Computer literate (good in MS. Excel & Power Point), preferably with basic accounting knowledge.
- Experience in using SAP would be an added advantage.
