About the team:
This position will be for the Risk Control Unit team in Cleartrip to handle the fraud monitoring and chargeback
process.
About the role:
- Analyzing various chargeback scenarios and processing of chargeback requests.
- Complete all requests with accuracy and within the agreed Service Level Agreement.
- Keep abreast knowledge of chargeback rules and regulations that are currently in the industry
- Monitor and analyze transactions to identify and prevent fraudulent activities.
- Investigate and resolve suspected fraudulent transactions promptly.
- Strong experience and knowledge in card fraud prevention and chargeback protection, with an understanding of risk control strategies in these areas.
You are Responsible for:
- MIS Report - Fraud Monitoring
- Handling Chargeback process
- Update and maintain records.
- Weekly and Monthly report preparation
- Co-ordinate with External team and Payment Gateways
- Dealing with alert mail from PGs, Cybercrime, banks, etc.
To succeed in this role- you should have the following:
- Excelling working knowledge of Excel / Word.
- Should have experience in the Travel Industry/ Ecommerce field /Payment gateways
- Should have an understanding of Business Processes.
- Experience working in MIS report files.
- Quick leaner and Multi-tasking.
