Job Title: Finance Executive
Location: Mohali, India
Summary:
We are seeking a driven Finance Executive with 2+ years of experience to join our IT company in Mohali.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and the Board of Directors
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Track actual results against budget and forecast, and identify variances
- Prepare budget variance reports and present findings to management
- Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports as needed
- Other:
- Assist with financial audits
- Stay up to date on accounting and financial reporting regulations
- Support other finance team members as needed
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the IT industry
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Additional Considerations (Not Mandatory):
- MBA or other advanced degree in finance or accounting
- Experience with ERP systems
- Experience with Indian accounting standards and tax regulations
