Finance Executive
- Efficiently manage payments for orders via various channels (bank, PayPal, Klarna, etc.).
Collaborate with the team to streamline and enhance payment processes.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
Analyse and forecast cash needs to support operational requirements.
- Assist in internal and external audit processes, maintaining accurate financial records.
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of journal entries.
- Collaborate with team members to reconcile financial discrepancies.
- Process payments to vendors, reviewing invoices and requisitions for approval and accuracy.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely disbursement of funds.
- Assess the value of stock within the warehouse and provide insights into inventory management.
- Analyse financial risks and propose strategies for risk mitigation.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance function.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and implement best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Finance Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of payment processing systems (bank transactions, PayPal, etc.).
- Familiarity with cash flow management and financial risk analysis.
- Experience in supporting internal and external audit processes.
- Proficient in journal entry management and reconciliation processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
