Job Profile:

2+ years of experience in finance and accounting.

Skill Requirements:

• Mandatory:
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ZohoBooks, Tally)
• Strong understanding of invoicing, sales and purchase orders, payments, and collections.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Added Advantage:
• Experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage invoices for clients and vendors.
• Add and maintain vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Manage sales and purchase orders, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
• Handle payments and collections, ensuring timely transactions and resolving discrepancies.
• Perform regular financial reconciliations and report any issues or inconsistencies.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Book expenses and handle employee reimbursements.
• Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Solve a variety of financial problems and figure out possible solutions, weighing the costs and benefits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
