About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Professional in Accounts to support an experienced Financial Controler. Working in the Gurgaon-based back office of an European Multinational. Individual will be required to engage with the company's stake holders across the Globe.
Exceptional written and spoken English skills are ESSENTIAL. Previous experience working for a multinational organization, serving overseas clients will be an advantage. The Gurgaon Office Operates Monday-Friday.
What you will be doing
- Preparing daily cash flow and assisting in payment planning
- Releasing payments to vendors and employees
- Preparing import payment documentation as per bank requirements
- Preparing PR, PO for operating expense Purchase and Fixed Asset
- Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register
- Posting accounting entries for expenses and purchases
- Maintaining documentation as required by the Companies Act
- Handling various audit requirements, including statutory, tax, transfer pricing, and GST audits
- Preparing TDS working, filing returns, and managing TDS payments
- Preparing GST working, filing returns, and managing GST payments
- Preparing E-way bills and E-Invoicing per GST requirements
- Assisting in financial closing and MIS preparation
- Preparing provisions and prepaid expense workings
- Preparing inventory provision workings
- Assisting me with daily finance tasks
Requirements
What you need to have
- Commerce Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of experience or,
- Semi/Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 2 years of experience
- Effective English communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
