Responsibilities:

• To take care of timely compliances of statutory payments like PF, ESIC, GST, TDS, PTR, PT etc and filing returns
• Basic GST tally updation and cross tally with GST portal
• To be in touch with day to day accounting and cash handling
• Making timely provision for accounting adjustments
• Preparing all Loan documents.
• Daily updation and monthly all bank reconciliation.
• Updation of Construction site expenses.
• Updating and bookkeeping of bank accounts, credit cards and loan accounts.
• Record keeping of labour contractors and sub-contractors payments.
• Assisting Accounts and Finance officers as and when required and asked.
• Performing all bank related work like NEFT and RTGS, deposit of cheques, cash withdrawal.
• Performing all the basic work of Tax related i.e. TDS, GST, PF, PTR.
