Position Overview:
As a Finance Executive, you will play a vital role in the financial health of our organization. You will work closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure effective financial management, analysis, and reporting. Your expertise will be integral to making informed financial decisions and optimizing our financial resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Billing and Documentation: Managing and filing the organization's bills and invoices according to the established format.
- Basic Tax Knowledge: Gaining a fundamental understanding of TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and GST (Goods and Services Tax) procedures.
- Software Proficiency: Acquiring basic knowledge of accounting software tools such as Tally ERP and Zoho Books (preferred).
- Bookkeeping: Developing foundational knowledge in bookkeeping, which includes recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts.
- Team Coordination: Collaborating effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Compliance Awareness: Developing an introductory understanding of various financial and legal compliances relevant to the role.
Requirements:
- B.Com/ MBA Finance or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Knowledge of MS Office, Tally ERP software.
- Knowledge of GST,TDS, PF and ESIC, waybills, and proper filing of documents
- Numerical Ability
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
- Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and be a problem-solver.
