Job Description

We are looking for a Finance professional to take charge of the financial health of our unit by administering finance & accounting strategy and operations to meet compliance requirements.

You should be familiar with audits, invoices, and budget preparations. Ideal candidate demonstrates interest in managing accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable. You should also have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks.

Ultimately, youll be responsible for the day-to-day management of financial transactions and procedures.

Skills

In-depth knowledge of Finance principles, functions, methods, and best practices

Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures

Experience using financial software

Advanced MS Excel skills & capability to prepare analytical dashboards and presentation for management review

Strong knowledge of profitability calculation, and financial ratios.

Knowledge of financial regulations

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial information and concepts.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality, and the ability to ensure the reliability and integrity of financial data and statements.

Sharp time management skills

Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data

Roles and Responsibilities

Ability to work both independently as well as with a team.

• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to management.
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the companys actual performance compared to the business plans

Develop monthly trends and projections for the organizations finances

Keep accurate records for all daily transactions

Ensure processing of payment invoices

• Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports as well as Statutory Financials

Comply with all processes and procedures to ensure adherence to all audit requirements.

• Prepare Cashflow of the company
• End to end budget preparation & put in place strict measure for overall budget controlling
• Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
• Perform a variety of advanced financial analyses to determine present and forecasted financial health of the company
• Examine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principles. PO/SoWs to be approved by Finance.
• Managing charge back process & publishing end of month report on status
• Monthly presentations for the Board and Corporate Management

Academic Background

Chartered Accountant/MBA Finance

Industry Experience

Prior experience managing finance in a start-up organization or IT services organization would be an added advantage

Selected candidate is required to work as per India Standard Time (IST) / Central European Time (CET).
