Job Overview

Treeline Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Finance Controller to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. As a Finance Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the Accountig activities for our clients. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 4 to 6 years of mid-level experience in finance.

Work location: Nandambakkam, Chennai.

Qualifications and Skills

• Charted Accountants / Semi qualified charted accountants
• 4 to 8 years of proven experience Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards
• Proficiency in financial software and SAP / S4 HANA systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial activities of the company, including Record to reporting accounts payable/receivable, Bank reconciliation and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
• Variance Analysis and Balance Sheet Schedules,
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision making
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement financial processes and controls
• Evaluate and improve the company's financial systems and procedures
• Coordinate with Client and tax consultants for statutory audits and tax compliance
• Provide financial guidance and support to other departments within the organization

Weekly off plan: Every Friday, 2nd and 3rd Saturday
