The incumbent will be responsible for finance controllership and direction for critical business units for Moglix
Role Responsibilities
- l Full responsibility of finance and accounting function, including cost accounting, book closing, inventory management, audits, financial controls and compliances for multiple legal entities.
- Handling audits and interface with compliance matters, including corporate matters.
- l Support business from a financial viewpoint including profitability analysis, margin profiling and other financiaanalytics needs.
- l Formulate drive business plans / strategies for existing and new plants
- l ERP implementation for Plant Accounting
- l ROI on capex
- Plant accounting and variance analysis across products
- l Co-own the PL and KPIs along with plant heads.
- l Responsible for Bilof MateriaCosting, Decision making on pricing
- l Anchor monthly performance reviews with Sales / Segment Heads
- l Drive operational excellence through deep-dive analytics by Capacity utilization
- l Prepare crisp presentations and creative visualizations explaining financial business results

Qualification Experience
Essential/ Desirable
Work Experience
10+ years of experience in Business finance/ controllership role, leading finance teams in either large corporates, manufacturing
Exposure to financial reporting standards, financial analysis, tax regulations, laws and any other compliance requirements
Open to travel- 7-14 days (initially)
Should have exposure to ERP systems such as Tally, SAP, Oracle Netsuit etc.
Knowledge/ Skills
Good communication people management skills
High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch
Ability to work in an unstructured environment
Should be expressive with good interpersonal skills.
Education
Chartered Accountant (Pref. 1st attempt)
