We are seeking a skilled Finance Controller to oversee and manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and extensive experience in financial planning and analysis.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and prepare reports.
Ensure accuracy of financial statements and compliance with regulations.- Manage financial controls and procedures to mitigate risks.
Coordinate with auditors and handle audit processes.
- Lead and mentor the finance team.
Proven experience as a Finance Controller or similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and accounting practices.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office.- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
