We are seeking an experienced Finance Content Editor to join our Content Marketing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and editing finance content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to the brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry or working for financial services clients.
• A professional qualification or post-graduate degree or post-graduate diploma (minimum two years in duration) in finance, law, accountancy, business management, commerce, economics, or capital markets.
• Candidate should have a strong understanding of Mutual funds and Wealth Management concepts
• Ideal profile: Content Editor working in companies like Groww, Value research, HDFC PMS, etc.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Edit and proofread marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, social media posts, and email campaigns
• Provide constructive feedback regularly to writers, fostering continuous improvement and quality
• Ensure that all content adheres to compliance guidelines
• Rewrite or restructure content as needed to improve readability and flow
• Conduct fact-checking and research as needed to verify the accuracy of information presented in our content
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and other team members to refine content and ensure it effectively communicates our message to our target audience
• Write blurbs, headlines, and straplines
• Simplify complex terms into plain language. For example: Simplify complex investment concepts and processes. Litmus test - Can explain to the average investor how an investment strategy uses regression analysis without using the word regression
• Stay updated on relevant regulations and guidelines issued by the RBI (Reserve Bank of India), SEBI, AMFI, and other regulatory bodies concerning PAs.
