We are in search of a highly skilled and motivated Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of experience and expertise in Accounts compliance and finance, playing a pivotal role in ensuring our organization's financial health and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of financial accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as tax filings, statutory audits, and financial reporting standards.- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to aid decision-making.- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications:- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards.
- Experience in accounts compliance, including tax compliance and statutory audits.
Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to non-finance stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
