Overview

We have a role for a Finance Business Partner - Lead to provide end to end finance support for Annalect India Business Units. This might be a great fit if have strong Financial Planning and Analysis skills & would like to be part of a growing team. You will be closely working with our Global and India Finance Teams.

Responsibilities

This is an exciting role and would entail you to

  • Collaborate with Annalect US Client Finance Team and Annalect India Finance Manager to review, Understand Client contracts for Annalect India Services, including Fee reconciliation on a monthly basis.
  • Partner with business leads to understand status of projects and assess financial risks.
  • Maintain HC & Payroll actual/forecast detail file, perform reconciliations against recruiting reports / payroll records and follow up to resolve discrepancies & Providing Variance Analysis for BU.
  • Executing billing to agency/client on monthly basis.
  • Follow up with Agency finance for billing approval and accounts receivable.
  • Management information System (MIS) at BU level to be shared with respective stakeholders.
  • Develop yearly budget and monthly forecast with stakeholders post alignment with agency confirmation.
  • Prepare Monthly Sales pipeline in coordination with stakeholders and publishing to US finance Team.
  • Actively involved in Ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications

This may be the right role for you, if you have

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate degree with 5-8 years of experience in Finance Domain.
  • Advanced Excel skills are required including knowledge of pivot tables, V-lookups, and conditional formulas.
  • Must be proactive, a team player and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and communicate effectively within and outside Finance department.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Essential stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX, MediaOcean, and Hyperion experience is a plus.
