The role (JD)
- Work with business partners and finance groups to develop revenue and cost forecast accurately, measure the achievements, optimize the cost structure, and share drivers impacting the variations.
- Partner with business leaders to develop deep understanding of the services offerings, support business case modeling and deep dive analysis on strategic initiatives.
- Be able to develop complex, data driven models to support business partners on decision matrix and have a clear point of view and perspective on helping to influence business partners.
- Prepare, consolidate, and influence executive presentations, telling the story of business performance and risks opportunities.
- Interaction within finance groups such as Controllership, Payroll, Shared Services, and others to effectively track the monthly/quarterly financials.
Required skills:
- Strong financial acumen
- 7+ years prior FPA experience
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Experience in services organization is a plus.
- Any reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)
