Finance Auditor

Shree Ram Enterprises is seeking a meticulous and experienced Finance Auditor to join our team. The Finance Auditor will be responsible for examining and evaluating the financial records and internal controls of the organization to ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity of financial reporting. This role is critical in identifying areas of risk and recommending improvements to optimize operational performance.

• Key Responsibilities:

Financial Audits:

• Conduct detailed examinations of financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Verify the accuracy of financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Internal Controls: Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls.

• Identify areas of risk and recommend improvements to mitigate potential issues.

Ensure consistent adherence to policies and procedures across the organization.

Compliance Audits: Ensure the company complies with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the organization's financial practices.

Operational Audits:

• Review and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes and procedures.

Recommend improvements to optimize operational performance and cost-efficiency.

• Risk Management:

Identify and assess financial and operational risks.

• Develop and implement strategies to manage and mitigate these risks.

Reporting:

• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, conclusions, and recommendations.

Present audit results to management and stakeholders.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to gather necessary information and documentation for audits.

• Provide guidance and support to other team members on compliance and control issues.

Continuous Improvement:

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with auditing standards and best practices.

Suggest and implement improvements to the auditing process and methodologies.
