Finance Associate
wisemonk.io, an innovative India-based Employer of Record (EOR) platform, is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Associate to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
EOR Financial Operations:
- Process payroll for client employees
- Handle invoicing and billing operations
- Manage PF, NPS, and employee benefits transactions
- Support tax planning and queries
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to financial compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate tax and book-keeping records
- Support financial reporting and documentation
Treasury & Planning:
- Assist in treasury operations
- Support financial planning activities
- Handle receivable reconciliation
- Contribute to fundraising documentation
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in financial operations
- Knowledge of Indian taxation and compliance requirements
- Experience with accounting software and MS Excel
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
