Finance Associate

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
  
• CA Inter / CMA Inter (Dropouts only)
  Experience :
  
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in core finance work.
  
• Brownie Point: Experience in the hospitality industry will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities :

• Receivables Management : Handle customer billing, manage and process refunds, and ensure timely collection of receivables.
  
• Payables Management : Process vendor payments and ensure accurate accounting of all payables.
  
• Income Reconciliations : Perform reconciliations of income to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  
• Bill Checking : Review and verify bills for accuracy and completeness.
  
• Tax Compliance : Manage TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) & TCS (Tax Collected at Source) to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  
• Journal Entries : Pass necessary journal entries in the accounting system to maintain accurate financial records.

Skills :

• Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
  
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
