Responsibilities:
1. Manages finance for India, feeding into global function overall reporting/finance
2. Payroll management and processing. Supporting People Team on Benefits administration
3. Bank Accounts Management - Liaison with our banks for any administrative activities/ smooth functioning of our accounts
4. Book Keeping - Oversee and review book keeping of our accounts
5. Filing of Taxes - Liaison with our auditors to ensure timely filing of taxes - GST, Income Tax etc
6. Annual Audit of accounts - Liaison with our auditors to ensure timely audit of our annual accounts and income tax returns
7. Board Meetings - Liaison with our company secretary and all Xynteo India board members for conducting our quarterly board meetings
8. Contracting - Liaison with our lawyers to review any project specific regarding contracts, MoUs etc + contract execution support in case physical copy/stamp paper involved
9. Invoicing - Invoice client payments, follow-up till payment is received in the bank
10. Internal reporting - PCT, annual budget process, monthly/quarterly update on budgets. Reporting for India on casting (resourcing). Reporting on project performance in the region so that it s part of the global picture (PCT compliance)
11. Manages AR for global function
12. Support in uptake of Monday.com by India team - superuser of the software - champion the transition
