Financials preparation: Includes weekly review of data entry in our accounting system by fund administrators and quarterly TB run and FS preparations.

Fund audit preparation (calendar year audits): Includes preparation of data room for auditors, investment valuation workpapers, bank and vendor confirmation letters, and any other task related to the upcoming 2024 audits.

Treasury management: Reconciling bank statements with books of accounts on a weekly basis to ensure bank balances are correctly reflected in the system, preparation and tracking of cash reports, and optimizing liquid investments for maximum yield on idle funds.

Accounts Payable (AP) management: Tracking vendor invoices, reviewing payments, and managing monthly payment processing cycles with our fund administrators.

Adhoc support: Provides specific reporting requirements, including document collation or Excel report building.

7. Inform Long Shot before completion of the assignment regarding any change in planned mandays, travelling reimbursement, etc., by the client to claim additional payment. Long Shot will not be responsible for non-payment of additional mandays or travelling reimbursement if not informed prior to completion of the assignment.

8. You cannot withdraw the assignment once training is given or 1 day before the assignment, whichever is earlier. Else you will be blocked from the Long Shot app for 6 months.

9. Do not back out or withdraw from the assignment before completion. In such cases, Long Shot may hold the pending fee.
