Job Summary:
You will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of Antara Senior Living and its subsidiary and other associated SPVs. Your role would include (but not limited to) monitoring the complete F&A function, keeping a close eye on the revenue and cost, 100% compliance of statutory financial closures, Business planning and strategy, procurement, external and internal governance, liaison & networking with right stakeholders and authorities as an when needed.
Roles & responsibilities:
1. Supervising Day to day financial & accounting operations of companies.
2. Preparation & Finalization of financial statements - Balance Sheet, P & L A/c, Cash Flow Statement.
3. Budget & Forecasting.
4. Monitoring Periodic Bank Reconciliation, Vendor Reconciliation and resolving the issues.
5. GST Ensuring proper billing, monthly calculation of tax payable, online deposit & Return filing.
6. Direct Tax ensuring Advance tax working & Tax Return filing
7. TDS Ensuring proper deduction of TDS on bills, Calculation, deposit, Return & issuing Form 16 & Form 16A to concerned parties.
8. Account Receivable / Account Payable handling.
9. Preparing various MIS reports.
10. Handling Internal, Statutory & Tax Audits.
Qualification :
Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-6 years of experience
Prior experience as a Financial Controller in a reputable organization (preferred)
Proven track record of independently managing governance, finance, and commercial aspects of an organization
Demonstrated experience in handling the closure of all statutory financial reporting and tax compliances
In-depth knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and Goods and Services Tax (GST) Act
Strong managerial and supervisory skills
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Proficiency in accounting and database software applications
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
