Finanancial COnsultang, Manager and Channel partner

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of financial advisors, providing guidance and support as needed
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders
• Provide expert financial advice to clients, including investment strategies, risk management, and financial planning
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Indian financial market and communicate these to clients and team members
• Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure that financial services are delivered to clients in a timely and efficient manner
• Meet and exceed sales targets and other performance metrics

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 8-18 years of experience in financial consulting or a related field
• Certifications such as CFA, CA, or MBA in finance will be preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• In-depth knowledge of the Indian financial market
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to manage a team and provide guidance and support as needed
