As a Finance Manage the incumbent will be involved in providing financial and administrative support to the internal stakeholders of the Bank and execute the financial transactions of the Bank. We are looking for candidate who can be excellent problem solvers, focused on outcomes and strong communicators. The incumbent will be involved in the preparation of financial statements, invoices, proposals, ensuring the account receivable and payable activities are performed accurately and timely.
Work responsibilities
- Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Financial Statement of the Bank for HO reporting purpose and RBI reporting purpose.
- Input of accounting entries in CBS related to daily budget expenditure, management of fixed assets.
- To prepare responses to adhoc queries of RBI.
- Filing & Preparation of RBI Returns
- Vendor payment processing and payroll processing.
- Creation of MIS/Data backup for preparing the regulatory reports
- Preparing budget estimates for expenses and fixed assets.
- Assisting and responding to queries in Head office Audits, Statutory Audits, Internal Audits and Tax Audits.
- Reporting to Korean Managers and preparing presentations in response to their queries related to RBI Regulatory Legislations and Income Tax.
- Preparing and compiling of financial data for filing of monthly GST Returns and Quarterly TDS Returns.
- Coordinating and assisting Concurrent, Internal as well as Statutory Auditors for timely completion of audit and resolving their queries.
- Preparing and filing of income tax returns of Bank as well as expat staff.
- Timely management of receivables and payables.
- GST invoicing and keeping the management abreast of notification/ changes in legislation taking place in Goods and Services Tax Act.
- Preparation of Documentation for Nil/Lower rate tax deduction certificate from Income tax.
- Ensuring compliance with employee's provident fund and labour welfare fund legislations.
- Adherence to various statutory timelines in respect of GST, TDS and Income Tax, Reserve Bank and Labour laws.

- Candidate must have minimum 3-5 years of experience in the relevant field with proven track record
- Bachelors or Post Graduate Degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounts from a recognized university or Equivalent and M.B.A. (Finance)/Semi Qualified (CA Inter)
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
- Possess accounting and analytical skills
- Endurance and ability to multi-task
- Good interpersonal skills
