Develop and implement effective field operation strategies to achieve business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and manage field teams to ensure they meet performance targets and deliver exceptional results.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential areas for business expansion and growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align field operations with overall business goals and strategies.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of field operations and implement improvements as needed.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all field operations.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in field operations management or business development, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of field professionals.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated track record of driving business growth.
Proficiency in Billing Software, and a strong understanding of industry-specific technologies.
Willingness to travel extensively as required by business needs.
