Job Description

  • FS will manage the performance of the group of FE linked with an RBO and will assist the Manager (FI) in this entire task.
  • FS will also monitor attendance, visits and performance of all FE under him and will coordinate with the Manager (FI) at RBO, HR Vendor and client.
  • FS will monitor the collection and submission of duly filled-up AOF and OVD/Documents from FE at the respective Branch/Nodal Branch/RBO.
  • FS will work at RBO under the guidance of the Manager (FI). (List of customers and other details will be shared by the Manager (FI).
  • FS will assist the Manager (FI) in the data entry of AOF in the Workflow System.
  • FS will report to the Manager (FI) and designated person at the client for reporting of Attendance, Performance and MIS.
