Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Services Engineer at RISE TECHNO SOLUTIONS in Vadodara, with flexibility for some remote work. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for field service, troubleshooting, technical support, preventive maintenance, and ensuring high levels of customer service.
Qualifications
- Field Service and Technical Support skills
- Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience in servicing office equipment is a plus
- Diploma or ITI in Engineering or related field
