Roles and Responsibilities:
- Willing to work in the field without hesitation
- Responsible from initial inquiry to final resolution, accountable for site visits, breakdown solutions, customer satisfaction reports, and guaranteeing optimal equipment performance
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and other technical documents, as well as take direction from managers, engineers
- Install, maintain, and upgrade these systems and related equipment, including inspection, testing, and repair
- Perform daily troubleshooting and repairs, and maintain inventory levels
- Provide recommendations about new features and product improvements
- Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use
- Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively along
- Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback
Qualification & Experience:
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or related field
- Having experience in panel board wiring is an added advantage
