We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and servicing our range of hygiene products, including tissue, soap, and air fresheners, to various institutions. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
Deliver and install tissue, soap, and air fresheners at client locations.- Maintain and service equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Respond to service calls and address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Manage inventory and report on product usage and customer feedback.
High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar field service or delivery role is preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid driver's license and ability to ride a bike for delivery purposes.
- Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance and repair.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all service documentation.What We Offer:
