Field Service Engineer - Electronics

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Commissioning & Service Engineer/Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will handle the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electronic systems, including PCB circuitry and wiring. This role requires practical experience in electronics and excellent problem-solving skills.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Commissioning:

Install and commission electronic systems at various client locations.

• Ensure all installations adhere to safety and operational standards.

• Service & Maintenance:

Provide maintenance and repair services for electronic systems and components.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PCBs, wiring, and other electronic parts.

• Assembly & Wiring:

Assemble electronic devices and systems according to technical specifications.

• Perform wiring tasks to ensure proper connections and functionality.

• Soldering & Circuitry:

Carry out precise soldering for PCB assembly and repairs.

• Work with circuitry to ensure reliable operation of electronic systems.

• Documentation & Reporting:

Keep detailed records of service and maintenance activities.

• Prepare and submit reports on job status and any issues encountered.

• Customer Interaction:

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions.

• Provide technical support and training to clients as required.

• Qualifications:

HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent.

• Diploma or ITI in Electronics or a related field.

Demonstrated experience in commissioning, servicing, and repairing electronic systems.

• Practical experience with PCB circuitry, wiring, and soldering.

Strong technical knowledge of electronics and troubleshooting methods.

• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.

• Additional Requirements:

Willingness to travel throughout Mumbai.

• Availability to work 6 days a week.
