Job Title: Field Installation Executive

• Job Summary:

Photonic System, an ISO 9001-2015 Certified company based in Coimbatore, is seeking a skilled and motivated Field Installation Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our range of products, including Motor Pump Set Automatic Street Light Switches, Automatic Pump Set Controllers, and other related equipment. This role demands a proactive individual with strong technical abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients across Tamil Nadu and surrounding regions.

• Key Responsibilities:

Installation of Equipment:

• Install and configure Photonic System's products at customer locations, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.

Conduct site assessments and prepare necessary tools and equipment before installations.

• Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

Provide routine maintenance and technical support for installed equipment, including diagnostics and repairs.

• Respond to and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize customer downtime.

Customer Interaction:

• Liaise with customers to explain installation procedures, offer training on equipment usage, and address any inquiries.

Provide after-sales support to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

Documentation & Reporting: Keep accurate records of installations, services performed, and any technical issues encountered.

• Submit detailed reports on work completed and recommend any improvements needed.

Compliance & Safety:

• Follow all safety protocols during installations and service visits.

Ensure that all installations are compliant with relevant regulations and guidelines.

• Qualifications:

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical diploma or degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in field installation, particularly in the electrical or electronics industry.

Familiarity with motor pump sets, automatic controllers, and similar products is an advantage.

• Skills:

Strong technical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple installations simultaneously.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry tools and equipment.

Comfortable working in various environments, including outdoor sites and confined spaces.

• Willingness to travel frequently to various job sites.

• Additional Requirements:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
