Job Overview:
Fluxus Elevators Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our sales team as a Field Sales Trainee. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team with prospecting, lead generation, and customer follow-up activities. The Field Sales Assistant will also assist with organising and attending sales meetings, events, and presentations as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with prospecting and lead generation activities, including cold calling, site visits, emailing, and social media outreach.
- Schedule and attend sales meetings, events, and presentations with customers and prospects.
- Support the sales team with preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather information, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
- Document and track all customer interactions and sales activities in the company CRM system.
- Provide feedback and insights to the sales team regarding customer needs, preferences, and challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical engineering, Marketing or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the elevator or construction industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
