Position :- Feet On Street (SA, TD & CA) Position Purpose
As Feet on Street (FOS) executive for Retail Liabilities (SA, TD & CA) at T&M Consulting , you will be a crucial part of our sales team, responsible for actively engaging with prospective customers and promoting the sales of SA, TD & CA products. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the SA, TD & CA business team.
Educational Qualification
The candidate must hold a Graduate Qualification in any discipline from a university recognized by the Govt. of India/Govt. bodies/AICTE.
Experience
Should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Retail Liabilities (SA & TD) business
Roles and Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:
Conduct sales calls and meetings with prospective customers.
Build rapport, understand customer needs, and present suitable SA, TD & CA products.
Sales Targets:
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for SA, TD & CA products.
Implement effective sales strategies to maximize business opportunities.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the features, benefits, and eligibility criteria of SA, TD & CA products.
Clearly communicate product information to customers and address their queries.
Documentation and File Submission:
Ensure the completion of all required documentation for SA, TD & CA business transaction.
Timely submission of sales files to the respective stakeholders for further action.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
Address customer concerns, provide assistance, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Collaboration with Internal Teams and Indian Bank stakeholders:
Liaise with internal teams and Indian Bank stakeholders for timely processing and approvals.
Coordinate with the Team Leader to resolve any issues or challenges in the sales process.
Market Awareness:
Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.
Provide feedback to the team regarding market insights and customer preferences.
Other essential activities:
Provide progress update to Team Leader on a regular basis
Setting up and attending necessary meetings as laid out in business activities.
Escalate to Team Leader in case of bottlenecks.
Job specific skills
Sales executive possessing good communication skills, able to establish sustainable relationships with customers, team members & branch executives.
Proven success in business of SA, TD & CA Business.
Good business knowledge of SA, TD & CA products & KYC policies.
