Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Specialist to join our team at Ffkart. As a Field Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our wholesale grocery items to restaurants, grocery shops, kirana stores, local traders, and distribution companies in Bangalore. This is a full-time position with a Junior level of experience required (1 to 3 years). The job location is Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Qualifications And Skills
- 1 to 3 years of field sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our wholesale grocery items and services
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential customers in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth by effectively presenting and promoting our products
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to customers on product features and benefits
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify potential areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market demands
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
