About the Role: Effectively support education verification process through ensuring timely closures without any errors

Job Responsibilities:-

1. Verify education cases.

2. Contact educational institutes through in-person, calls and/or emails for verification

3. Responsible to maintain the TAT.

4. Timely escalate issues which need supervisor's intervention

Qualification & Functional Skills:

1. Graduation or Post-Graduation (Preferred)

2. Detail Oriented

3. Good Interpersonal Skills

4. Good Communication skills (Verbal & Written)

5. Flexible

6. Quick Learner

7. Proficient in Excel

8. Logical Approach
