We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Field Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining and expanding relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets within their designated territory.
Compensation: 30-40k every month.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition and Management:
- Identify and target new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business.
- Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy Implementation:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory analysis.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences as required.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in a sales role, preferably in field sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
